  PrimaryResponsibilities:

  1.Sales Support &Communication

  a)Monthlynewsletter and leadership messages tointernal team

  2.Channel

  a)Supportsales team in Project authorization

  b)Organizeor conduct Channel meeting andtraining.

  3.Service

  a)Workwith Service team/aftermarket team togenerate Quotation and Contracts;

  b)Timelyorder entry and shipment in Oracle;

  c)Maintainorder and customer record

  d)Timelysubmit service engineers’ monthlyovertime and payroll allowance summary

  4.Admin

  a)Supporton logistic of Global leader’svisiting in China

  b)Supportsin Commercial Meeting, Leadershipmeetings, Channel Meeting;

  c)Peopleengagement activities

  d)Purchasethe daily office stationeries andoffice supplies for the commercial team

  QualificationsRequired:

  1.Goodcommunication skills.

  2.GoodEnglish speaking and writing skills.

  3.Workingknowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts (i.e. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Outlook, etc.).

  4.Goodorganizational skills and the ability tomulti-task.

  薪资:8-10K(根据个人背景而定)
