　　1、 Familiar with related mechanic, electric and related major foundation knowledge, and has more than 10 year experience on related area、

　　熟悉相关机械、电气以及相关专业的.基础知识,并在相关领域工作10年以上;

　　2、 Be responsible for automation assembly process daily management which focus on each zone waste rate analysis, and set priority with Paratoo analysis、 Issue improvement plan and lead the team to implement that

　　负责自动装配过程日常管理工作,重点关注每个工作区的废品率分析,应用柏拉图分析设定优先等级。提出改进计划和领导团队完成项目。

　　3、 Monitor process quality issue once received customer complaint, or internal quality issue from QA, will lead the team to do investigation, root cause analysis and find action plan and follow up until closed

　　监控过程质量问题,一旦收到客户投诉,或者来自QA的质量问题检测报告,将负责领导生产团队进行调查,原因分析以及寻找纠正措施计划,并跟踪直到完成。

　　4、 Have capability on preparing related validation plan and project (for equipment / product), and be indecently complete the validation report

　　准备有关项目(设备/产品)的验证计划,并能够独立完成验证报告;

　　5、 Have capability on communication in English, be capable to communicate with oversea engineer on the project

　　具备良好的英语沟通能力,能够就该项目与国外工程师进行沟通交流;

　　6、 Have capability on writing related document (including drawing, product specification, raw material specification, process map and process risk management and audit)

　　具备独立编写相关文件的能力(包括图纸、产品规范、原材料规范、工艺流程图及过程风险管理编制/审核);

　　7、 Have capability to train other engineer and sub technicians and guide how to work

　　具备对其他工程师及下属技工进行培训并指导其工作的能力。
