Overtime To meet our clients needs you may, on occasion, be required to work overtime. All overtime is paid. 网申&Open Question 性格测试 在问题方面,毕马威要求毕业生如实填写是否有犯罪记录、是否有在香港工作的许可、是否能在中国其他城市工作、是否参与了本公司的暑期实习的问题。KP的网申是四家里最为麻烦的。除了正常的资料以后,还要英文输入科目和成绩。 通过open question了解应聘者的择业标准、价值观、兴趣爱好等,是筛选网申者的重要标准。参加过毕马威实习项目的学生,在申请时占有优势。

Describe your greatest success or a situation where you exceeded your own expectation
笔试 毕马威的笔试采用的是SHL的试题,分为verbal和number两个部分,时间有限,一般做不完,主要考察英文阅读能力、逻辑能力、数字能力和准确率。 第一部分是数学推理,中文,35分钟,35道题。均是加减乘除运算,很简单但时间比较紧,图表题,数据很多,看你处理速度如何。 第二部分就是四大基本都会考的verbal test(英文阅读),类似于判断,一共给了12段话,18分钟,32个选择题,让你根据原文进行判断选择(true, false, notgi
ven)。其中前8篇每篇三题,后4篇每篇2题。 在这一关80%的人,无法进入下一轮。面试 第一轮面试: 8人围一圆桌,45分钟group discussion,15分钟看材料,30分钟中文讨论,不需要指定一个leader或做presentation,每人有两支铅笔,两张白纸(其中一张用来做名牌)和一个计算器。,四个manager坐在角落,一个盯两个。 讨论结束后就是一个20分钟的one to one interview。会问一些很basic的问题。会涉及―公司事业在中国的发展前景‖和一些专业相关的知识等的问题,但不会考非常专业的难题。然后主要考察求职是对审计税务工作有足够的兴趣,还是光冲着―四大‖的名气和薪酬来的。专业不对口的应聘者一定会问why audit/tax这类问题。真正对这行感兴趣、早有进入这行业工作打算的毕业生,即使不是相关专业,也会在大学四年不断关注这行的信息和基础知识,临时抱佛脚的学生即使英语等能力再优秀,也不会是有忠诚度的好员工。
