有人已经发过了,不过昨天下午闲着回忆了一些咚咚写了出来,自己搁着
有点浪费,就发出来给以后的同学或许也多少是个参考吧。还是很难(主要
是时间压力太大),不过也很有意思的一场test,像过家家一样,充当一回
小经理呵呵。不好意思的说,本人到现在只参加过这么一场企业笔试,所以
事无巨细,都觉得新鲜,可能比较繁琐,大家有兴趣就择其要者看看呵呵。
其实也曾质疑过笔经的意义,正面的负面的,不可否认的是,来这个版的
大家或多或少都曾从别人的'笔经中获益,当作信息也好,但岁岁年年林林总
总的测试,无论内容,甚或导向,总不免有些变换,所以更希望能对分析框
架,协调能力和时间管理的训练的紧迫和针对性有一些启发吧。偶能写些,
说明时间都用来看了,没什么时间写......sigh:)

This is a simulating test.You are the Manager of Sales and
Marketing of Victory Media Group (VMG). After 10-day leave for
vacation,you come back to work on 1,July,200*. Victory Media Group
is a leading media group which has Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou
subsidiaries in mainland China.You will have 2 hours to finish
three parts of tasks.
Part1
Going through all correspondences during previous 10 days and work
out a working plan for next five days.
(These correspondences include messages of phone calls or visits,
emails,memos,invitation letter,application form,chart of management
structure of VMG and Department of Sales and Marketing,several
tables of financial performance of the company, budget and expense
of department, Sales growth forecast of clients, headcount report
of Department of Sales and Marketing, etc.)
(These documents are put in random,covering over 10 issues to deal
with, related or isolated,complicated or simple,routine or
emergent, you have to sort them,prioritilize them and work out a
five-day working schedule in the format below.
Issues to be dealt with/Importance(Ranked from 1-10)/Actions to be
adopted and follow-ups(as detailed as possible)/Time(either
duration or exact time phrase such as 1500-1600)
(These issues include
-Report to Alex ching(your boss) about your update work immediately
after coming back to work。
-Explain three terms of over-expenditure last year and write a
report for coming quartely expense before 8 July
-Clients complaint
-Appointed meeting today with a client about a proposal
-Follow-up of a proposal
-Resignation of an Account Manager and his job transition
